• I have been receiving an unusual error when I try to access one of my menu items on my site. I have done nothing special or different for this menu item but it gives me a Catchable Fatal Error, any ideas what it could be?

My site is: https://www.fairfaxist.com and the problem arises when I click on link for “What’s Being Built” which is a Category link, like most of my other links.

    Thanks in advance!

That is caused by the Breadcrumb Navigation and it’s really strange. The Breadcrumb Navigation can be turned off in theme options page.

Is there any difference between that category with others ?

Thanks, disabling Breadcrumbs made it work.

There was no difference from that category versus others, very odd. I may try to delete the category and create it again. I do actually like the breadcrumbs feature.

Maybe it’s caused by custom post types or custom category types.

this thread said the same issue:

This happens i understand because of custom post types or custom category types and is likely because an instance of a category ID is empty.
