Troubleshooter plugin – can't find any!

Hi,

I’m looking for a troubleshooter/troubleshooting plugin. Like…I want to offer troubleshooters to my visitors, but I don’t want to use any external solutions (like Kayako, etc).

The thing I want is simple: the user should select X option, than the script should post an answer, or redirect to another list of options (like…a troubleshooter).

Is there any plugin like this on the planet…?
