Troubleshoot plugin install

  • Hi,

    I just installed the plugin in my local dev server and is working fine. Though in my production server is not working as expected. No buttons are shown. I have already cleared cache and follow the advice. But can not make it shown the advance editor in admin editors.

    How can i troubleshoot the plugin in order to know what is not working?

    Try changing the settings a bit and save them, then clear cache again. I’ve heard that some third party software can interfere with loading of additional TinyMCE plugins, have a look in the browser console if everything loads properly (like on your local server) and if there are JS errors.
