Troubles with some Live functions

  • I have some problems with functions like:

    1. webinar room exit button (in some cases when i try to get out of the webinar the page re-charge and still on the webinar room)

    2. Start webinar: in the last live webinar a couldn’t start the webinar pressing the “start webinar button”

    3. When problems whit the function “one time” the webinar dont start automatically.

    5. Problems related whit many users at the time

    Regarding points 1 and 2, it sounds like you might be running into caching issues. Are you using a caching plugin on your site?

    Regarding point 3, are you using WebinarPress Pro or the version from the www.remarpro.com repo?

    Regarding point 4, how many users are connecting? What kind of problems?

    Regarding to the point 1 y 2. Yes I have installed the plugin called
    Cookie Notice & Compliance for GDPR / CCPA

    Regarding point 3. I am ussing Webinarpress Pro single site licence

    Regarding point 4 usually I did webinars with 50 to 200 users at the same time.

    These don’t sound like caching plugins exactly so I’m not sure they will be causing the issue. If you can send an email to us using the above link we’ll be able to take a look at your webinar directly and see if we can see the issue.

    What kind of problems have you been seeing with those attendees?
