  • And reinstalling the plugin?

Good idea. What steps, exactly, did you take to do this? I’ve tried but when I reinstall it has things loaded that I entered previously. Like the site name, customizations, etc.

Any new news on this? I pulled it all together do issues with the plugin and it appeared you needed time to work on it.

    Hey SBMongoos,

I think the main issue still remains that I was having issues loading the image uploaded through the plugin in the browser (from what I can remember). The plugin essentially looks at what the default WordPress upload directory is and uploads the image there. However, if that image can’t be opened in the browser then it won’t load in the theme.

For example, here’s the image for the logo that I have uploaded on a demo version of WPSmart Mobile https://demo.wpsmart.com/wp-content/uploads/wpsmart/wpsmart.png
, as you can see, the default upload directory in this case is /wp-content/uploads, so the ‘wpsmart’ directory was created in there and the logo was uploaded to it.

Could you paste in here what that directory is on your WordPress version, and what the URL of the image uploaded through the plugin is?

    Thanks,
    Henry

WP was set to use /wp/images for this site. I did however upload a header image to be used with your plugin to the default WP location of wp/wp-content/uploads. Still didn’t work at that time.

3/6/14 and still doesn’t work. Same problems.

Header logo doesn’t load even if I put in the directory this app says it’s looking for it. Background colors not updating. Some pages do and some don’t but only in app preview when logging into WordPress. I now have a Samsung 4 and don’t see any of the changes. Still see only my full web site.

***edit: dumped WP SuperCache (over site on my part) and the plugin is operating now but no logo header and the menu option doesn’t load so you can change pages. Each of my pages has a “top of page” link at the bottom of each page. This essentially forces a refresh then the “menu” button appears so I can changes pages. But only then. Using Chrome on my S4. The menu button shows in the default browser (Samsungs?) but not in Chrome. But neither show the uploaded header logo and it’s in the correct path but only after I FTP that image file. The plugin isn’t loading the image to the site and doesn’t see it after I upload it via FTP.
