Troubles with pagination

Hello everyone,

On the top, I’m showing only first post. Below, there’s the rest of posts (loop) without the most recent post. And here’s my problem: When I’m adding a pagination to the loop, pagination is connecting with first post from top. I don’t know how to add pagination to the post’s loop.

If you tell me how to fix it, I will be obliged.
