Troubles after plugin update

Hi,

After the plugin(s) update (I am using pro version), plugin no longer works, the icon on the website for starting chats disappears when click on it, requested fields for name and e-mail entry are almost invisible, window for offline messages does not open. My website zooscorpio.si. Regards
