trouble with woocomerce

Hello I set up woocommerce yesterday and when I’m adding products
to cart and then hit checkout…this message comes up:

“This webpage has a redirect loop
The webpage at https://exarsis-band.com/~exarsisb/~exarsisb/~exarsisb/~exarsisb/~exarsisb/~exarsisb/~exarsisb/~exarsisb/~exarsisb/~exarsisb/~exarsisb/~exarsisb/~exarsisb/~exarsisb/~exarsisb/~exarsisb/~exarsisb/~exarsisb/~exarsisb/checkout has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.”

I should mention that this was the second time I installed woocommerce!
I had installed it 4 days ago but I deleate the plugin and yesterday re-install it.
