I’m having trouble with the Manage Subscription Page. If the user makes changes and then clicks save, they will be redirected to the WordPress login page. However, my newsletter subscribers do not have any login data.

I can rule out conflicts with other plugins. The problem occurs on two of my websites.
    What is the solution?

    Hi there @ceefka,

Checking on my personal site, I can confirm that I’m not seeing the same thing on the latest version of MailPoet. On my Manage Subscription page, I can change settings/fields, hit Save, and it just refreshes the page with a “Your preferences have been saved.” message.

I tried subscribing via the form on your site, hoping to try to view the Manage Subscription page to reproduce and see the issue in action, however when submitting the form it’s just responding with an error — I see there is a 401/Unauthorized response coming back from wp-admin/admin-ajax.php on your site.

I’d recommend reaching out to your host to check server logs to see if there’s more info available about what is causing that 401 response.

Also, please explain a bit more about how you’ve ruled out conflicts. Did you try testing with only MailPoet active, and switched to a default theme like Twenty Twenty?

The problem is solved. There was a conflict with the Blocksy companion plugin. (the only one I didn’t disable for testing).
There is now an update that solves the problem. The developers reacted very quickly
