Trouble With SurveyMonkey Top Posts Widget

I added SurveyMonkey and the Top Posts widget for post rating, but it is displaying the blog title and tagline rather than the post titles. I do have the Yoast SEO plugin installed, but changing the page titles in that plugin doesn’t seem to change anything. What do I need to do to make the proper post titles appear?
