Trouble with sticky footer – hand holding needed.

  • Forgive me, I don’t regularly build WordPress sites. So, this one is difficult for me. I’m using 2013 as a base theme; it works for what I am doing. I’m trouble figuring out where to put the opening and closing div for the page wrap. Every tutorial I see refers to 2012.
