Trouble with Plugin Shortcodes Ultimate

Tried to activate the site privacy-tools. But when I go to the url, there is only a white page. Seems that the shortcode ist not executed as long as the plugin Shortcodes Ultimate is activated. The site uses extensiv shortcodes. So I cant deactivate Shortcode Ultimate. Any idea how I can make the site privacy-tools accessible?
