Trouble with Payment Method

    I’m having trouble with setting up a payment method on wordpress.com. I have a profile with minimal information in it; I successfully stored a credit card, but no card or payment method appears in “Shipping Labels” tab. I am not confident the wordpress.com login is tightly connected to my website (there are no sites listed in the wordpress account. I see no opportunity to connect an existing site, only to create a new one.)
    Suggestion?

    Since this is an account-related question, I’d like to pull up the info on the accounts in question but don’t want you to have to post any sensitive info on the public forums. Can you submit a ticket on woocommerce.com (from your woocommerce.com account that is linked to the wordpress.com account in question) so that we can look into this further? You can submit a ticket here and just be sure to click on the “WooCommerce Extensions” option in the left menu and select “WooCommerce Services Extension” from the pulldown menu.
