trouble with password on registration

  • After an upgrade to the new version i have this problem:
    on registration page it lets user to put a password and confirm it (while in general settings for theme my login plugin “Enable Custom Password” is unchecked) and at the end is written password will be emailed to you. So after admin approves the registration, user gets a new password… I cant figure it out how to have either the option for user to create their own passwords and confirm them or the option when password is emailed to the new user. Cant have both… its not logical. I tried to remove

    do_action( 'register_form' ); // WordPress hook
    but then i get Error: Please enter both passwords and ReCaptcha dissapears.
    can you please give a solution.
