Trouble With Monster Template

Hi,

I have volunteered to build a fund raising website for the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill. I purchased a monster template, and am having trouble with the sidebard. Is there anyone that would be willing to help me out. I’ve been trying to get it to do what I want for two hours and for some reason I’m just not ‘getting it’.

Below is a copy of the code in the sidebar. Notice the error message. I just can’t seem to get rid of it. Also the formating for the static pages menu is not right. I not that this is a no brainer, but I’m just not getting it!
If you can peek at the code and tell me how to get it working right I would be very appreciative.
