    Hi,Marcus,trouble at the Meta Tag front. I reached the stage of inserting the Google verification data but nothing seems to be getting verified. It must me an error I possibly made somewhere in the process. Your help would be most appreciated. The link below consists of two screen shots,one of the Meta tag the other the Google verification area. I look forward to your response.I hope you can help.

    Strange that the word doc in the link cannot now be opened. It was OK earlier.

    Hi Michael,

    The problem is you pasted in the whole meta tag into the ‘contents’ value rather than splitting it up. Google provides you a full Meta tag to paste directly into the HTML of your site, we generate the code based on the type and content you want.

    For Google Verification, create a new tag, give it the name ‘google-site-verification’ and copy the long unique code within the content=”…” bit of what Google provided you, i.e. the string beginning/ending 3f…TI
