Trouble with Google Analytics for WordPress 4.2.2 Plugin

    I have been using Google Analytics for WordPress by Joost de Valk for a long time. I am trying to install version 4.2.2 but I get the following error and then I am unable to log into the WP dashboard…

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 10 bytes) in /user/htdocs/ITB/wp-admin/menu.php on line 217

    Once I remove the Google Analytics for WordPress 4.2.2 folder from the server, I am able to log back into the WP dashboard.

    I have tried to install this plugin 4 times and have gotten the same result.

    Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
