Trouble with First and Last Name fields

  • I have been using this plugin for years with no issues. Since the most recent upgrade it has worked perfectly.

    Now I noticed that one of the last entries I made for one of our newest members Nick Parker now shows up as the name on every other record in our database. When I go to another record it will show the correct name very briefly and change to Nick Parker.

    So as I open a record, I can see the correct name and within a second it changes to Nick Parker. Is anyone having this issue and how can it be corrected. This is a very serious problem, not sure what to do next.I could include a screenshot but I am sure it won’t help

    Now my entries won’t even open. I just upgraded with the last update just now.

    What happened to break this plugin? I am nervous now about clicking on any entry. I may just ask my webhost provider to restore my database from a backup.

    This sounds like your browser has it’s “auto fill” feature enabled and it’s placing values in your forms. Try the form in another browser and see if it works better there. The auto fill feature can be disabled or configured differently if it isn’t working the way you want. That will be in the browser’s settings.
