    I’m having a problem with Shopengine:
    In Order checkout, the link to open a fancybox for the choice of relay points in the shipping methods of the official “Chronopost” plugin (official French shipping service), does not work!
    This link is active, but does not open anything.
    If I disable Shopengine, it works.

    A response is sent to your email address that starts with BCV. Please find the response sent from us below-

    On closer inspection, I noticed that the link that triggers the popup is not included there, and instead only javascript is mentioned there as a link. Since the issue is happening with a third-party plugin, we need to investigate the issue properly.

    As per the regulations, you can’t share any kind of access on the www.remarpro.com platform. So, let me try to reproduce the issue in my development environment. You’ll be notified if there is any update for you.

    I was able to move forward on the problem and see where it comes from. However, I can’t solve it.

    I really want to help you and solve the issue for you but we need more information on this matter. Can you please share the System Information of your site? You’ll find that by navigating to Tools > Site Health > Info section.

    The System Information will help me to recreate the same environment as yours and the issue will become easier to reproduce. Once it is reproduced, we will be able to provide you with a solution soon. I hope you can understand.

    In the last update of the ShopEngine plugin(3.1.0), we have made several adjustments on the Checkout Template. Will you please check again by updating the Plugin?

    If the issue doesn’t get solved by doing so, then kindly share the steps to reproduce the issue is a video along with the System Info. I will check everything properly and let you know an update as soon as possible.
