Trouble with excerpt function grabbing sharebar

    I am having trouble with the excerpt function, it is grabbing the first posts from a couple of different categories. I am using the following code:
    include_excerpt="true"

    However, when it does that… it is also grabbing the tweet button from my share bar so all of my excerpts look like this

    Any idea how this can be resolved?

  • Try using a plugin like digg-digg etc. to put your twitter button, it should solve the problem. It has additional settings, so unless you want it to appear on the homepage, it won’t display…

    Thanks home remedy. It had not occurred to me that I could fix it by changing the sharebar plugin.

    I did and the excerpt problem went away.
