Trouble with Comments

After my site went down and I accidentally deleted all my plugins, my comments won’t work. When I try to comment, I get this message:

The page isn’t redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

* This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

I checked and I am accepting cookies. I can’t even see comments on older posts!
