Trouble with Autoplay

    I’m having issues regarding autoplay not working using the following shortcode:

    [video_lightbox_youtube class=’video-play-title’ video_id=”XyKMpff1w5k&rel=0″ Autoplay=’true’ width=”80%” height=”100%” anchor=’https://staging2.clariti.io/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/clariti-explainer-image-6.png’]

    This only started being an issue over the past day or so and autoplay is by default set to true.

    Hi, the following parameter Autoplay=’true’ is not correct. This plugin currently does not have this parameter included in the code. Also your shortcode has errors. You are using incorrect single quotes and or double quotes.

    Please enable the autoplay option in the settings.

    Try the following shortcode.

    [video_lightbox_youtube video_id="XyKMpff1w5k&rel=0" width="80%" height="100%" anchor="https://staging2.clariti.io/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/clariti-explainer-image-6.png"]

    Thanks for your reply but unfortunately that didn’t get the autoplay to work. Autoplay is set to true in the setting and I’ve dumped my cache to make sure it wasn’t an updating issue.

    Hi, can you disable all of your other plugins. Then carry out a test? Let me know what happens.
