Trouble Viewing Posts – Possibly Caused by Permalinks

I was recently messing around with the permalinks thinking that they were just the appearance of the url and now I’m receiving error “404! Sorry this page does not exist” when I try to view any post.

The permalinks I were changing were for the pages on the site and now any post I make or have made directs to a link looking like “www.website.com/rock” where the error screen pops up.

If there is any way to reset all the permalinks or a process to fix this any advice would be appreciated. I can also provide more info if this wasn’t clear.
