trouble upgrading…

    hi, i got wp installed fine and started developing my site(s)…I recently went to upgrade the version to 3.1 and it failed multiple times..also this process corrupted my initial install..so now it is not working…

    i haev two challenges:

    how do i upgrade without corruption

    and now how do I do a re-install and keep all the work i have done on the sites (i dont want to overwrite evything)

    ALSO, I have been unable to install ContactForm 7….although other pluins install fine…perhaps its all related…
