Trouble Updating Plugin

I noticed last week on my dev server that I could not update just this plugin. I have several other plugins, mostly related to gravity and had no issues with updates on them.

Update just spun away for maybe 2 minutes until I stopped it and removed the maintenance file and ignored the issue.

Today I tried to update via updates.php page and it spun maybe 3 minutes until I stopped it and tried to update via the plugins page. Same there.

Im sure I can manually update, but I wanted to point out the issue. ANy ideas what I can check on?

I run 500M of mem on this cpanel and I doubt php settings are the issue. I do use cloudflare which has caused something similar in the past.
