Trouble Updating Free Extensions

I am having difficulty on a Multisite installation when trying to update AAM 5.9.8

In the Extensions tab of the AAM Administrator Main Panel it shows Updates available for Multisite and User Activities. When I try to click Update, it shows a message in red “Invalid Parameters” but I am unclear as to what is invalid, or what needs to be done here.

Any ideas?
