Trouble transferring wordpress site to another domain

Hello,

I recently have been having trouble transferring my wordpress site to another domain. The old domain is going down soon and I copied the old themes folder from the previous domain to the new domains wordpress themes folder. This resulted in my site being broken and every time I try to log into wordpress from the new site it takes me to the old sites wordpress login. What do I do?
