Trouble Shooting Mode Won’t Disable

    Like many people below, the Trouble Shooting Mode won’t turn off for admin. I’ve cleared cookies, cache, restarted PC, tried multiple browsers, still won’t turn off. I’ve even deleted the plugin files and changed the file name. Still not working. How to fix?

    Update: Think I fixed it. So I had to disable my caching plugin (WP Rocket). So even though it shows as disabled due to the Trouble Shooting Mode, it’s not really disabled. I think there might have been some sort of conflict. Also the Trouble Shooting Mode seems to turn off all plugins for all users. When I disabled WP Rocket (had to rename plugin in the directory using FTP), for all users it shows plugins off. I had to reenable all the plugins again and everything is working.
