    Hi Mike,
I am using your Email Users plugin in order to email my clients on vabeach.com. (I have less than 200 users).

It seems to work GREAT when I email a single email address or hand-pick a few emails and add them one at a time. However, I have designed my site with TOOLSET (WP-Types) and I created a new user role using TOOLSET. That new user role is called “Clients / Advertisers” and every time I try to email the users in this role, it says that the email was sent… but it never actually sends.

Do you think it might be a hook issue and you need to integrate TOOLSET roles into the Email Users plugin so that it can be fully recognized??

I really would like to get this operational since there are so few options out there and any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your reply.

Email Users has a debug capability which allows you to look at how the email headers are constructed without actually sending the email. This would be useful to see if the roles you are selecting are resulting in the email addresses you expect to see in the header.

The other possibility as that by sending email to one or a few addresses you are staying with some limits that your hosting provider sets for outbound email (this is fairly common). If this is the case, and your hosting provider should be able to tell you if they have a limit and what it is, the BCC Limit setting can help work around this limitation as it breaks an email up into multiple emails but sending it to groups of recipients which stay under the limit.

Got it Mike. Thanks. I was looking into that issue while you were responding. You actually beat me as I was just getting ready to tell you to disregard. ??

It was in fact a problem with my host. I was exceeding their maximum outbound email recipient limit. They have increased the limit and now all is great. Thanks!
