Trouble Registering App

    I’m having trouble registering this app. I’ve followed this link, the ‘Register with the Power BI Application Registration Tool’.

    I selected ‘Server-side web app’, used my wordpress site’s URL for both the homepage and redirect, and I enabled all permissions.

    Here’s the error I’m getting:

    AADSTS65001: The user or administrator has not consented to use the application with ID ‘****’ named ‘Power BI Embedded for WordPress’. Send an interactive authorization request for this user and resource. Trace ID: **** Correlation ID: **** Timestamp: 2019-06-19 23:29:50Z

    I haven’t tried that method before so I don’t know why it didn’t work for you. I would check out how the app looks on the Azure portal to make sure all the permissions are correct. See here.

    I missed the last step – clicking the “Grant Consent” button.
