Trouble Logging into XCLONER

I’m having the same issue. Attempted to setup Xcloner as a backup for my site but I can’t log in to do anything – keeps telling me the username/password is invalid.

Really would like to backup my site (and like the clone option as I am getting ready to launch a new site using the same WP theme for a sister organization)

That issue is usually related to the php.ini session.save_path option , make sure it points to a valid writeable path https://www.xcloner.com/support/forums/joomla-support/cant-login-after-install/

Having a problem, installed it, but when i run the plugin its just a blank screen.

Any thoughts?

Try and enable php errors on your server to see if you get any error message displayed…
