Trouble Logging into WooCommerce App After Update

Hello Jetpack Team,
I recently updated the WooCommerce app and encountered a persistent issue. Following the update, I was logged out of my clients webshops. Despite multiple attempts, I can’t reconnect, and each login effort prompts the message, “It looks like your username/password isn’t associated with this site.” Strangely, hitting the password reset button leads me to the shop page.
I’m certain I’m entering correct credentials, and I’ve tried various approaches including using my username, email, and general WordPress account details. Could you please assist in resolving this matter? Your support would be greatly appreciated.
