Hello,

I have recently upgraded to the latest WP Cerber and have been getting the following error when I try to login to my WP site. Never had this problem before. Wondering if someone could help me troubleshoot?

Hi! What kind of login form do you use? Do you use Custom login URL or form?

Cerber never returns the 403 error for admin (dashboard) requests. If you get the 403 error inside the Dashboard, that means another plugin makes a mess in your dashboard.

Delete the plugin folder via FTP or a file manager in your hosting control panel. Log into your website as usual. Reinstall the plugin. Go to the Activity tab to see the reason you were locked out.

Seems like if I try to visit the plugins page in the panel when I do get in I get the same notice.

In the activity monitor it says I’m probing for vulnerable PHP code at wp-admin/admin-ajax.php.

Go to the Traffic Inspector settings page and enable “Use White IP Access List”. Most likely you either have a poorly designed plugin that causes this conflict or your web server is misconfigured. It might also happen due to clumsy directives in the .htaccess file left by a yet another “cool” plugin.
