• I think some of the database install stuff in the latest cvs is a bit broken :/
I’ve installed it on two servers from scratch and when going to wp-admin/install.php I get the following above the cvs logo:
    SQL/DB Error:
    [Table ‘wordpress.wpcvs_options’ doesn’t exist]
    SELECT option_name, option_value FROM wpcvs_options
    get_settings: Didn’t find setting hack_file
I went on with the install and get this:
    https://sisob.tuxfamily.org/wordpress/wp-login.php
and can’t log in. If you try to log in you’ll see loads of errors
Think maybe some files/settings are missing …
    Thanks

I actually had more luck on my local test server and managed to get it running with a cvs checkout from yesterday. The above errors are from a fresh checkout from just now…

Oh yeah, and https://sisob.tuxfamily.org/wordpress/ is the output of the install naturally. Loads more database errors to shake a stick at ??

I’ve also installed the latest CVS this afternoon and am not having the db errors you are. There *is* one that I’ve been encountering for the last couple of weeks, on new installs, but running the wp-admin/upgrade-072-to-080.php clears that up.

Running that script seems to have fixed there errors – obviously cvs isn’t designed for straight installation atm. I imagine that this won’t be hard to fix.
    Thanks Cena
