Trouble installing in Vibelivre

I can’t get on the forum to ask for help. I am not savvy enough to know where to install the shortcode… I have it all set up, but there seems to be no support for us newbies.. I have spent 8 hours today working on this and still no go… can someone tell me where to install shortcode to make this work? thanks… I am sure it is a good plugin..
