Trouble in WP 4.4

I instaled WP 4.4. and this theme https://www.wordpress-templates.biz/Roofing-Wordpress-template-w1853.html

I want to change my webpage logo, but in ‘appearance’ tab is missing ‘theme options’ tab, so I can’t change logo…

Does poriblem is in the theme or in the WP 4.4 ?
And how to solve this issue?
