Trouble in installing plugins

  • Hello,
    Actually I’m new to xampp. And I want to know if anything is wrong with my system.
    When I have installed www.remarpro.com and tried to install plugins. It says it’s error.
    So now, I don’t have yet a hosting server.
    And I have checked and they said to me verify my wp-config.php to see any details are fixed or not the same as my my databases.
    But when I opened to read to be honest I could not understand anything.
    Can you please help me if my wp-config.php if fixed and if everything is alright. Or I have to change and how !
    I hope I get help from you. I’m really lost.

    hello, i was having a trouble with xampp and could not access to my website so i have decided to delete everything and start with cpanel, so
    i have deleted xampp, then do i have to delete also wordpress from my pc and restart all over again t remove all the traces ??? so i can start with cpanel
    so should i delete wordpress, basically everything and open new account with diffirent email to setup with cpanel
