Trouble getting the www.remarpro.com

Actually I have my blog (www.hopelaye.com), but I think that I opened it under a wordpress.com account because I can’t get any pluggins (like google analytics) or the “extension” on the menu.

I read that www.remarpro.com is the better way to personalize my blog, so how can I change to wordpress.com to www.remarpro.com without losing anything ?

Will I keep the same url (www.hopelaye.com)? Or the new one will be https://www.hopelaye.org?
And do I need to pay other fees for changing wordpress.com to www.remarpro.com?
