Trouble getting the style right

I’m having real difficulty getting the style correct. If I use the shortcodes and place them into a page I create then the style is perfect however as soon as I add the page to the settings menu the style breaks the page and also my whole site. I have looked at the documentation and tried it but to no avail.
Would you be willing to set it up for me? I’d obviously be willing to pay.
