  • If I remember correctly, the last time I put my email address in here one of the admins removed it and told me not to do that anymore.

My changes in that item you referred to were only changes to the code that runs if you did ebd_left. So, if yours is working with ebd and not with ebd_left then I suspect you must have some sort of error in the ebd_left portion of your code (which would likely be due to the changes you made trying to follow that prior ticket). Did you cut and paste out of that previous ticket or did you try and retype? Maybe you retyped something incorrectly?

If you have your errors logging to a file then you probably have an error showing up somewhere. It could be in your webserver error log or it might be in a php error log. PHP error logs can be in various places — kind of depends on your host provider and/or what you configured in php.ini or other possibilities.

If you can’t figure it out, then put a URL to your page in here and I’ll go run it and put in my email address in there and you can get my email address that way (you would need to make the form work I guess so that you would get the notification email of me running it .. I guess that means you’d need to put it on ebd rather than ebd_left so that I could then run it with my email address and then you could email your file to that email address .. kinda complicated but I don’t want to the moderators to yell at me again or ban me)

Okay, I started from scratch just editing the <ebd_left /> portions per your old post. They’re displaying now, but without descriptions and without line breaks.

If you’d like me to send you the php file text you can enter your email address in the form here and I’d be happy to send it to you. It may be a conflict with the theme, as it’s kind of an odd one.

Thanks so much for your help!

Hi again. Have you had a chance to enter your email address into the form?

Oh sorry, I missed your update on here. Ok, I just filled in the form so look for one from about now for dtynan.

If that’s also your test page then change it back to ebd_left and put it on inline … or, include the link to your test page in the email you send so I can look at it running.
