Trouble dragging specific menus in custom menus

    Hello,

    I am able to drag only certain menu items but not others. I have been reading through the forums and tried the suggestions to remove plugins, but haven’t had any luck.

    I was reading how it may be a javascript issue, but wanted to ask if that would be the case if I could move certain menu items.

    Thanks for any help on this.

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.

    Esmi, It looks like I needed to do some rearranging with an entire section to make it work. It’s working great now. Thanks for the point in the right direction!
