Trouble connecting my website to 10Web

i have deleted the plugin then installed it but issues is not solved

no, i just only want to use the plugin again,i have deactivated the plugin, and when I activated the plugin this message appeared there

now how i can re use the plugin services again how to disconnected the plugin from site.

i have deleted and try but the same message appear

you have resolved this issue for a client before this, by removing the site from 10web account,as the chat is above between you and the client.i am also facing the same issue
