Trouble backing up files to Google Drive

Hi,

Please can you provide a link to your log file for the problematic backup? (You can download it from the “Existing Backups” tab of your UpdraftPlus settings page).

It’ll be too long to paste into the forum here, but you can download it to your computer, and share it with Dropbox, or paste it in pastebin.com, or any similar service, and post the link here.

Hi Jose,

The last backup shown there is from August 6th – before the current release of UpdraftPlus. I’d recommend starting a new backup with “Backup Now”. Then you should be able to download the log from the ‘Current Status’ tab (but let it run for a bit first – at least an hour if the site is big).

Is that Ubuntu? I notice you’re on a 32-bit server. PHP on Ubuntu 32-bit has an unresolved bug – one of the standard PHP functions is missing. I’m not on Ubuntu. I’m on Centos:

CENTOS 6.7 i686 virtuozzo – host WHM 11.50.0 (build 29)

Plus this backups had been working for months. They stopped on August 6th

It seems to crash at a very early stage on the themes. What gets logged in your PHP error log at the time it crashes?
