Trouble aligning menu text to the right.

I’m working on building a theme based off of “toolbox”. As you can see, there is a navigation bar above the header with two links. For some reason I can’t seem to get those links to align to the right, rather than the left.

I tried doing a text-align:right under “access” but it didn’t seem to do any good. If anyone could help I’d be very grateful!
