Trouble Adding Phone Number to Website Header Menu

    The company I work for is trying to add their phone number to their header menu on WordPress.
    We have a header menu with a button labelled “Contact Us”.
    When selecting the button, a pop up banner appears with 3 options. One of the options is to call us. It has the wording “Call Us” then a button with our phone number on it, which is then linked to dial through to our sales team.
    It works properly for about 24 hours, then jumps straight to calling sales directly as soon as someone hits the “Contact Us” button, it stops displaying the banner and other options all together.

    Could anyone provide any insight to this?

    I recommend asking at your theme support page so the theme’s developers and support community can help you with this. Without a website to look at, we can’t know what theme you’re using. Also we can’t see the issue in action.
