Trouble adding image to answer

I have successfully added HTML to the question portion of the quiz, such as img and audio tags. However, adding img tags to the answers does not seem to work. Here is a link to the test quiz I have going: https://ncbegin.org/quiz/

Any ideas on how to make the images show?
