Trouble adding an add on

I’m trying to add the seo smartlinks add on. I have it in a zipped folder in my downloads. When I try to add it I get a password page. I type in my password and it doesn’t work. I just got my password remade and sent to my e-mail. It still doesn’t work. Please help.
