Trouble Accessing Database to Edit Site

  • I recently changed my site-url and my home_url through my WordPress Admin panel.
    The website is working fine: https://www.amandakhoo.com
    My problem is when I log into WordPress I can”t access the database ‘control panel’ which is usually on the side and therefore, I cannot edit my unfinished website. If anyone has any solutions please let me know. Thanks

    You access the database and the “control panel” by logging into your hosted account. There is no way to access the db through wp.

    Sorry, I must be using the wrong term.. I’m still new to this. What I meant was, I’m able to sign into my WordPress account and the problem is I can’t access the usual tabs that appear under the word ‘dashboard’

    Have you tried
    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    You can do the above with ftp. Rename the plugins folder, rename your theme. That will make wp open with the default theme and no plugins.
