• I just switched my domain to a new platform and now I can no longer access my content on my www.remarpro.com blog. I thought I would still be able to access the backend of my blog (even if it’s not visible to the public) since that was the case with wordpress.com (I still have access to this blog even though it is hidden from the public). Could someone please tell me how I can access the backend of my www.remarpro.com blog? For the moment, I’ve lost all of my content!

    Thank you.

  • I just switched my domain to a new platform…

What do you mean by “switched my domain to a new platform”?

Did you move a wordpress.com site to self-hosted?

Have you ever had access to the site after it had been “switched to a new platform”?

Or, it is possible you have only re-pointed your domain to a new host so far and have yet to do the actual WordPress installation?

I have the same with a site I had long forgotten about until discovering it again earlier today while out getting a new Akismet key. However, things are much different with self-hosted sites, and there will be no connection of any kind between your wordpress.com site and any self-hosted site.
