    Just for your information

  • I have also had a site come up with the same Avast warning today to. Same warning same location.
    Is this a false positive?

    Hi @ktsiterip and @concepthub
    Our plugin doesn’t contain any trojans so I’m not sure why that error is showing. It is a false positive. I’ll look into how to remedy this with avast. Thanks for reaching out!

    Same issue here.
    Must be a false positive from Avast side.
    I can tell you for sure than on January 10th 2022, Avast found the files safe. Now it finds the same files infected.

    @sunny_johal thank you!
    And also thanks for a very useful plugin – lets hope the issue can be solved!

    Just to confirm, I too have had the warnings from this plugin. It won’t even let me download the plugin through WP.org, but has no problem doing so from the server. Hoping this gets resolved soon; the last thing I want is for my visitors to think my blog is loaded up with trojans. Great plugin, by the way!

    AVG just popped this exact same error for me as well… Any suggestions? I’ve removed it from my site pending a fix.

    I join the report. I have the same problem with Avast and this plugin. I am waiting for a solution. Thanks!

    Yup, happened to me as well. Please fix.

    Hi,

    I am having the same issue when I try to access the widget area and live preview for widgets. I have AVG. It started happening on 2/18/2022. I contacted AVG and they said it is NOT a false positive. And to remove the “js” from the google fonts plugin.

    Any updates on this would be appreciated.
